Aging Connections

Aging Connections is a group for caregivers of individuals with Down syndrome and signs of Alzheimer's disease. This group is a collaboration between the Down Syndrome Connection of the Bay Area and the Alzheimer's Association. 

Location: Alzheimer's Assocation, 3657 Mt. Diablo #250, Lafayette, Ca

2016 Meeting Times:
Thursdays 1:00pm to 2:30pm- Jan. 21, April 21, July 21, and Oct. 20
